The Value of Debate: Empowering Minds, Shaping the Future
Debate is more than just discussion—it is a tool for personal growth, critical thinking, and meaningful dialogue. In a world of competing ideas, the ability to think rationally about the biggest issues facing society is an invaluable skill.
Why Debate Matters
Enhances Critical Thinking
Debating informs rationality amongst the youth, allowing them to apply their skills in logic to real world issues.
Increases Perspective
Motions at WorldSpeak Events are designed to get students thinking about important policies regarding the biggest issues we face today.
Strengthens Communication
Debate improves clarity, persuasion, and confidence in speaking. Being able to articulate yourself effectively is crucial to excel in the world we live in.
Who are we?
WorldSpeak is a charity founded by two debate enthusiasts, Aryaman Sarda and Adrian Siniscalco, committed to using debate as a platform to get young minds thinking about the world's most pressing issues.

Our aim goes beyond making debating accessible for every young voice. We aim to use debating as a way for them to engage in meaningful discourse about the policy decisions that will shape their future.

We believe that the youth of today ought to be the voices that shape tomorrow, and we aim to build a community of passionate individuals from all countries who are eager to use their voice to change the world they live in.
Our Mission
Creating Opportunities, Inspiring Minds

At WorldSpeak, we believe that debate should be for everyone. That’s why we run free competitions and workshops designed to inspire critical thinking, effective communication, and a lifelong love for respectful discourse.

Our mission is simple:
✅ Engage students in meaningful debate through free programs.
✅ Empower young people with the confidence to express their ideas about important issues.
✅ Expand our reach to ensure that every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to learn and grow through debate.

We’re building a future where every student thinks critically, speaks confidently, and listens respectfully—a generation of articulate, empowered thinkers.
